✅ What We Guarantee

All mini Highland cows from MyMiniCowRanch.com come with the following assurances:

  • Veterinary Health Certificate issued before transport

  • Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming

  • Proper socialization from birth to ensure a calm and friendly temperament

  • Nutrition and growth monitoring throughout early development

  • Stress-minimized transport using USDA-certified livestock carriers

📋 Health Certification

Each cow is examined by a licensed veterinarian and certified to be in good health prior to leaving our ranch. A copy of this health certificate, along with medical records and vaccination history, will be provided upon delivery.

⏱️ 72-Hour Wellness Window

If your mini Highland cow shows signs of serious illness within 72 hours of delivery, you must:

  • Notify us immediately

  • Provide photos or videos

  • Obtain a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian

If it is determined that the condition was pre-existing or developed before delivery, we will work with you to provide a replacement animal or partial refund, based on the situation.

❌ What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our health guarantee does not cover:

  • Injuries or illnesses caused by neglect, improper care, or accidents after delivery

  • Illnesses due to exposure to other livestock or poor living conditions

  • Conditions not present at the time of sale

💡 Your Responsibility

To ensure the continued health of your mini Highland cow, we strongly recommend:

  • A wellness check-up with your local vet within 3–5 days of arrival

  • Clean shelter, safe fencing, and access to quality hay, pasture, and fresh water

  • Ongoing deworming and vaccination as advised by your vet
