Due to the nature of live animal sales and livestock transport, all purchases are final. Once a mini Highland cow has left our ranch, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
This policy helps protect the health and safety of our animals, as returning livestock may expose them to stress or illness.

Vet-checked and certified healthy before delivery

Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming

Transported by USDA-certified livestock handlers
If your animal arrives with any serious health concerns within 72 hours, please contact us immediately. You must provide:

If the issue is confirmed to have originated before shipment, we may offer a replacement animal or partial refund, at our discretion.

Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery are non-refundable.
