🐮 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of live animal sales and livestock transport, all purchases are final. Once a mini Highland cow has left our ranch, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

This policy helps protect the health and safety of our animals, as returning livestock may expose them to stress or illness.

❤️ Health Guarantee

Every mini Highland cow sold by MyMiniCowRanch.com is:

  • Vet-checked and certified healthy before delivery

  • Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming

  • Transported by USDA-certified livestock handlers

If your animal arrives with any serious health concerns within 72 hours, please contact us immediately. You must provide:

  • Photo or video evidence

  • A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian

If the issue is confirmed to have originated before shipment, we may offer a replacement animal or partial refund, at our discretion.

❌ Cancellations & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cow.

  • Full payment must be completed before shipment is scheduled.

  • Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled delivery are non-refundable.

📩 Delivery Concerns

While we work with trusted transport partners, we are not liable for:

  • Shipping delays due to weather or road conditions

  • Injuries or illness caused by mishandling after delivery

  • Improper care provided after the cow reaches your property
